8.45 am I wait my new friends for a coffee "au café d'Isa" on the foodmarket in Tours city, we visit and buy foods for the cooking class in the afternoon at home Au menu : we will cook rillettes cakes, casse-musiaux, courgettes salad with nuts, legs duck with poires tapées (dried pears) and clafoutis because we found cherries on the market !...

Then we go to Chinon for visiting cellar wine (Bernard and Matthieu Baudry) http://www.wineterroirs.com/2012/02/bernard_baudry_chinon_loire.html/  we've bought goat cheese, rillons, rillettes for the tasting, around 12.30 free time for visiting aera till 5.00 pm

And nice moment at home for cooking class and dinner on the terrace, yes, it was a sunny day !
